The anesthesiologist that worked with my son this morning was absolutely amazing. She gave us all the information needed, asked if I had any questions, included my son in conversation and addressed him very respectfully, and prepared me for the hard parts prior to facing them without knowledge. She talked to him and I through the whole process of him going to sleep and really made us feel at ease with a process that can be difficult to handle. Even after he woke up she checked in with us and displayed such kind gestures toward me as a parent as well as informing me how well my son did. To top it all, my son had the best recovery from anesthesia he has ever had. Thank you!!!

Robert is absolutely amazing. My 10 year old son had to have a dental procedure and was very nervous. Robert managed to get him to smile and laugh before the procedure which in turn eased my fears knowing that he went to sleep a little less scared. When he woke up he was crying and very emotional and just kept wanting to hug Robert. He obviously found him very comforting. Robert is awesome at his job and I am VERY thankful for him to have made my sons experience a little less scary.

The provider was so kind when he took my 6 year old daughter back for anesthesia for a dental procedure. We were the last case of the day and as they were waiting for her to wake up they were packing up. They told me she would let her go home after she opened her eyes and said some form of a word. Once they were done packing up they decided she was ready to go home. She hadn't opened her eyes, she hadn't said a word. I did what the medical provider told me to do, I started to head home. She couldn't hold herself up. I had to lock her seat belt to keep her in her seat. We live an hour and 15 minutes from the office. The longer I drove without her waking the more nervous I became. Hind sight, I should have never put her in the car, it was unsafe. I should have stayed. But instead I did what the medical provider told me to. The next day I called to express my concerns. The gal on the phone was so kind. She called me back to let me know they'll be addressing the issues, but she also said the worker she spoke with told her my daughter had opened her eyes. I was with her the whole time. She did not. So now I'm concerned about the honesty of the staff, what else do they lie to cover up

My daughter (3y) needed dental surgery, the staff at Apex made it extremely comfortable for her, she was very happy with the results and even got a new toy out of the process. Overall, the experience could not have gone better, my child is healthy, happy, and in better health than ever with no side effects. Staff were great at explaining the process to myself and were able to quickly show how treatment would go. Day Of - She was groggy after, but overall, happy and excited after the drugs wore of. Day After - Back to 100% quickly and easily!

This company is absolutely amazing! I would hands down recommend them to anyone! Mu daughter went from being terrified after her last experience with a different company to completely secure! They played games until she got drowsy and allowed her the comfort of having her father until she was unconscious! The whole experience was fabulous. The staff are very attentive and welcoming! My husband was offered many phone numbers and kind words. Never had such amazing experience before! Thank you so much for being kind and caring!
